Are you insured and accredited?
Yes. We are fully insured and registered with Assure for building regulation compliance. All installations are carried out to UK standards.
How much deposit do you take?
We take a 20% deposit when placing the order.
A further stage payment is taken after survey approval so we can release the order into manufacturing.
The final balance is due on completion.
This is standard practice within the industry and ensures materials are secured before production.
Do you offer finance?
Yes — we offer flexible monthly finance options, including 0% plans (subject to approval).
What happens if I cancel my order?
If you cancel before survey, deposits are non-refundable as administration and allocation costs are incurred.
If a job cannot proceed due to technical reasons identified at survey, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Do you measure before manufacturing?
Absolutely. Once your order is placed, a professional surveyor visits your property to take precise final measurements before the door goes into production.
How long from order to installation?
Typically 3–4 weeks from survey approval, depending on manufacturer lead times.
